Golf

The 7,239-yard, par-72 course at Juliette Falls has a rolling park-like design highlighted by four waterfalls; pine, oak, and palmetto forests; and flowering landscaping. It all creates a tapestry of visual richness.

The Juliette Falls course was designed by noted architect John Sanford Jr. of Jupiter, Fla. John has created an outstanding course for us which was recently recognized in the top 10 best new course in America.

Country Club

Golfers are now using a 7,400 square-foot Arthur Rutenberg-designed facility just off the first and tenth tees. This Phase I Clubhouse is very well-equipped with a fully stocked golf shop, Romeo's Restaurant with delicious cuisine by Chef Rick Alabaugh, a private meeting room and sports bar.

Our Main Community Clubhouse will begin construction soon and will have 52,000 square-feet of space, including a state-of-the art banquet facility that can accommodate up to 400 guests.

Splash space for everyone - Our zero entry, resort-style pool will be located at the clubhouse with both adult and children's spaces. Soak up the warm Florida sun in our free-form lagoon-style pool featuring a waterfall, sun deck and children's activity area close by all while overlooking our golf course.

Tennis - Lighted tennis courts will also be located near to the Main Clubhouse.

A nature trail close at hand - The neighboring 135-acre nature preserve and wildlife conservation area provides you with a unique first-hand experience of Florida at its best, untouched and protected.
